Data Import

  1. Choose the shop from the store list. Confirm its name and shop ID before adding source data.
  2. Choose the source type that matches the records: spreadsheet or JSON export, PDF or scanned PDF, image, ZIP, file reference, or external ID.
  3. Upload a file or paste the source text or references. Use Download Sample ZIP when you need an example package.
  4. Select Analyze. Review the clean-package summary and warnings. The review table shows customer, vehicle, invoice, source, import status, and row issues; it does not provide inline row editing.
  5. If the prepared data needs correction, fix the source and analyze it again. Download the cleaned package if you need to inspect it outside the dashboard.
  6. Select Use Cleaned Package for Import Review to create the batch for the chosen shop.
  1. Check the batch status, row totals, and each visible warning before committing.
  2. Select Commit only when the shop and records are correct. A committed batch cannot be committed again from this page.
  3. Check History for the shop to confirm the resulting batch status before retrying anything.
  4. Use Reconcile Evidence only when you have both the evidence file name and its uploaded file URL for the current batch.
  5. If the result is unclear, stop and ask the data-import owner to review it before starting another batch.
