Providers

Review provider status

1. Open Providers and search for the shop. Choose All, Active, Approved, Pending, or Blocked to narrow the list.
2. Confirm the shop name and owner details before opening the record.
3. Select Open Store to inspect its full details.
4. Select Approve to activate an eligible non-active provider, or Suspend to block a provider.
5. Check the status in the refreshed list. For a shop awaiting its first review, use Approvals.
