Change a preference

1. Open Settings from the account menu.
2. In the language and notification sections, choose your preferences and save each change.

Review communication configuration

1. Open the email settings and confirm the sender and delivery values against the approved configuration.
2. Open the calling and messaging settings to review the configured connection, call behavior, callbacks, and voice options.
3. Use a setup test only with an approved test recipient or number. Confirm the result before treating a change as complete.
4. Keep passwords, tokens, and connection secrets out of notes and support replies. If a value is uncertain, ask the platform configuration owner before changing it.
