Mechanic accounts open a focused workbench rather than the shop-wide management menu.

1. Start with My Appointments to find a job assigned to you.
2. Open the job’s Appointment details to review the work and update service progress.
3. Use Service History when you need to look up a customer’s vehicles by phone number.
4. If a job is missing or a control is unavailable, ask a shop manager to check the assignment or your access.
