Use the guide for the work you need to do:

1. For shop-wide daily work, open Shop owner and manager guides.
2. For assigned jobs and service-history lookup, open Mechanic guides.
3. For front-counter workflows, use the Front-desk guide; it also explains the current sign-in gap.
4. If a page or action is missing, check with the shop owner or an account administrator. Available pages depend on your role and shop access.
